Well furnished and modern rooms with central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television, some with pleasant views. Comfortable bed, fast check-in. Location near Kusatsu Onsen and Bus terminal and the bus stop.

The location of the hotel is great, being next to the main attractions like yubatake and the town center, as well as a convenience store. I'm so happy I opted for a double room as it was modern and spacious. The room's amenities like the electric kettle, fridge, and glassware were a nice addition.

We loved staying at this hotel. Cleanliness was outstanding and the staff was very helpful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful onsen. Also, the location was perfect for us, being directly across the bus terminal and next to a convenience store. Additionally, the breakfast served was way beyond our expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at a small hotel in Kusatsu. The location was perfect, right next to the bus station and with a convenience store nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a modern toilet. The breakfast served in the room exceeded our expectations. The staff were kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is located right across the bus terminal, making it convenient for transportation. there is a convenience store nearby for any immediate needs, and restaurants are easily accessible. the onsen is private and the hot spring water is reportedly incredible.

Communication with the staff may be somewhat challenging, as it seems they primarily speak Japanese.

Great location with easy access to public transportation and a convenience store nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly especially with carrying my luggage to my room. The in-house public bath was very relaxing and a great way to end the day. The small size of the hotel ensured that it never felt crowded and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

There wasn't much of a view from the window. the hotel was a bit far from the main attraction of the city which made it challenging to walk through the hilly terrain especially for anyone with mobility issues.

The breakfast set was delicious and the staff was polite and helpful. the room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. the convenient light control was a pleasant surprise, making it easy to adjust for different situations.

There was only a small indoor onsen, which was disappointing. the thermal and sound isolation was poor, making it difficult to rest well during my business trip.
